TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE
Airport Pickup Guide
Know what to expect when your private airport transfer begins.
Your practical guide
Your pickup point is confirmed for your specific flight.
Meeting locations differ between airports, terminals and suppliers. Follow the exact instructions in your confirmation rather than an assumed universal meeting point.
Give us your flight number and accurate arrival details.
Flight changes, baggage delays or changes of terminal can affect pickup timing. Contact SmartWay as soon as a relevant detail changes; waiting allowances depend on your confirmed transfer terms.
If you cannot find your driver, use the booking contact details.
Check your messages, remain at the agreed meeting place where safe, and contact the number in your confirmation before arranging alternative transport.
SmartWay: Commonly requested airports: Paris CDG/ORY, Vienna VIE, Prague PRG, Budapest BUD, Barcelona BCN and Amsterdam AMS. Exact meeting locations are booking-specific.
Practical information before you book, with clear expectations and a real point of contact.
